Responsibilities:
Lead at least one AC or above level consultant to complete the following main responsibilities:
· Develop new clients and explore the recruitment needs of existing clients;
· Be responsible for the daily management of the team, motivate and lead the team to complete the quarterly performance indicators and various assessment indicators;
· Maintain the company's talent database, and timely update and enter all relevant work information in the system;
· Recruit, train and manage subordinate consultants/consultant assistants, and provide efficient headhunting and recruitment services for customers;
· Keep a long-term friendly relationship with clients and candidates, understand and be familiar with the talent market trends, find and explore information for business development;
· In-depth communicate with clients, analyze job requirements, and provide certain consultation or guidance for clients;
· Talent search and lead the consultant assistants to complete the search work according to customer needs through various channels;
· Interview and shortlist candidates, recommend suitable candidates according to clients' requirements and characteristics, and provide candidate recommendation report;
· Coordinate and arrange candidate interviews and solve problems encountered during the interview process in a timely manner;
· Coordinate salary negotiation and employment offer process, and conduct detailed background investigation of candidates according to client company's requirements;
· Track the candidates before, during and after the employment, and provide them with corresponding career development suggestions;
· Other work assigned by the superior.
